The room's decor showed great thought and care, which I found good. I slept well in a very comfy bed. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious, with many choices and great preparation.

I appreciated the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! The location was also fantastic. It made accessing all parts of the area easy. The room was clean, and everything seemed carefully planned.

the room decor felt very thoughtful. i liked the large walk in shower very much. staff members were lovely, nothing was like too much trouble.
the bed pillows felt too firm, almost like bricks.

i found the staff to be adept and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the location worked well, serving as a great base for exploring the area. the shower in my room was especially excellent.
the bed could have been a little comfier, the pillows felt more akin to bricks at times than pillows.

the hotel offered a café bar downstairs, i found the food and service to be top notch, it added a lot of value. the check-in process was easy and straightforward. i received useful information in advance, so helpful.

the hotel location is decent for the harbour area, it allows easy access to main attractions. plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars were close by, i loved the ease of getting a drink or a meal. it was a very convenient spot.
