Very nice stay!!!
king room spot on location digital passcode
I stayed in the Puzzle King Room and it was AMAZING!!! The location of the hotel is spot on. I found the digital passcode locks very convenient for accessing the room. The room's cleanliness and perfect layout impressed me.
I found the bed could have been comfier. The pillows felt more like bricks at times. This impacted my sleep quality somewhat . I hope they consider softer pillows in the future.

Staff provided helpful explanations regarding parking regulations upon my arrival, ensuring a smooth start. The detailed email received prior to my visit contained very useful information. This greatly assisted my arrival process.

The hotel is positioned conveniently near the town center, which allowed very easy access to attractions. Its prime location allowed me to walk to several restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Getting around was SO easy.

central location tasty food lovely staff
The room's decor showed great thought and care, which I found good. I slept well in a very comfy bed. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious, with many choices and great preparation.

delicious food amazing location clean room
I appreciated the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! The location was also fantastic. It made accessing all parts of the area easy. The room was clean, and everything seemed carefully planned.

the room decor felt very thoughtful. i liked the large walk in shower very much. staff members were lovely, nothing reminded me of too much trouble.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff great location excellent shower
i found the staff to be adept and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the location worked well, serving as a great base for exploring the area. the shower in my room was especially excellent.
the bed could have been a little comfier, the pillows felt more akin to bricks at times than pillows.

the hotel location is decent for the harbour area, it allows easy access to main attractions. plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars were close by, i loved the ease of getting a drink or a meal. it was a very convenient spot.
